BUILDING DESIGN

1. Pre-Design:

We begin by conducting a thorough client briefing and an on-site assessment to understand your vision, followed by a review of all relevant regulations to shape a solid design strategy. 

2. Concept Design:

Our team develops initial design sketches and 3D visualisations, focusing on creating an architectural concept that aligns with your goals, ensuring the exterior and interior work harmoniously.

3. Design Development:

We go on to refine the design with your input in a back-and-forth process. The level of detail in the design increases as you make decisions. We fine-tune the design for energy efficiency and your preferred green technologies (e.g. off-grid solar PV). 

4. Approval Submission:

This is about getting the approval you need - which could be via a council development application (DA) and / or via the Exempt and Complying Development Codes (CDC). We coordinate with all necessary consultants and manage the entire process, ensuring that all documentation and reports are well prepared and submitted with prevision for approval.

5. Construction Documentation:

We highly recommend our clients to engage us to prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and authorities to ensure everything is in place for a smooth construction process.

6. On-Site Management

We offer a Construction or Project Management service with an in house builder / project manager with extensive knowledge and experience to ensure that the build aligns with the design and meets our high standards.
